My external vice president position allows for diverse missions : I am referent for the IT and commercial development divisions and I am supervising their operations. My vice president position is very diversified : day-to-day management of the team, continuous monitoring of ongoing studies, development of the association… In particular, I supervise the quality management system (QMS) with Maha as well as the internal control division which is composed of Mathilde and Sania!

As the secretary general, I take care of all the administrative management of the J-E. It goes from planning activities to the relationship with state bodies such as the prefecture. I am also responsible for the development of the J-E in line with current climate and social issues (CRS).

As the Quality Management System (SMQ) has been newly implemented within EjC, my first goal is to help divisions to identify their missions in order to write processes. The aim is to perpetuate this action to improve quality and risk management : continuously increasing our approach through an in-depth analysis of indicators.

As the treasurer, I make sure, with the vice-president and the accountant, of the proper management of the finances of the J-E, especially the follow-up of the invoices and the various declarations to be made. In addition, I establish and manage the budget throughout the year.

As the vice-treasurer, in collaboration with the treasurer and the accountant, I ensure the proper management of the finances of the Junior Entreprise, which involves double checking in order to avoid any mistakes. In addition, I am in direct contact with other administrators in order to find out what their needs are and to keep them up to date on the financial health of the JE.

As my position suggests, I keep the junior’s accounts up to date. I am also responsible to make the statement of bank reconciliation each month. Finally, I take part in the preparation of the budget and I proofread the cash flow documents.

As the head of the Internal Control division, I am in charge of keeping contractual documents for the studies up to date with Sania. This requires both of us to keep abreast of the legal changes to be made.

In the Internal Control division, I ensure the follow-up of studies with my partner. We are thus responsible for proofreading each document of a study before their official dispatch to stakeholders. As well, we ensure the smooth running of the latter and in particular compliance with the method used, deadlines imposed etc.
